"Bit" Promotional experience

When Bank Hapoalim's payment app, "BIT", was launched, we were asked to come up with an interactive application that would help promote it among visitors in the digital branches.

Some Background

The Bit app was launched in December 2016. The app allows you to transfer money between people with three simple screens. The digital branches were perfect opportunity to promote it and the platform was already there. I came out with the creative, supervised the design and animation work. managed the sound processes along with freelancers and worked closely with the development team to deliver my vision.

The Solution

An interactive touch wall exposed visitors to the service offered by the app and suggested them to try it. I knew I had to work with 6 LFD screens with a thin but visible bezel, and so, the initial solution came. 4 Representative Figures by Target Audiences. A character on each screen. In the upper two screens, the name of the app and the call for action will be displayed. By clicking on each of the characters, the "story" of each character is told in animation. How she got into a situation where she needed cash that was not available. At the end of the animation, the user was invited to scan a QR code and use it to get to the app and watch the happy ending of each story, which was solved by using the "BIT" app.

Added to the app is an accessible menu for the disabled that allows them to roam among the various characters and enjoy the experience through a special interactive control panel that opened in the center of the lower screens.

A Little Anecdote...

I did the dubbing for the two female characters in the app :).
